The Remainder of the valley contains a variety of Mediterranean trees such as holm, oak and pine. It also consists of many rural tracks to explore the countryside on foot, bike or horseback. On these tours, you will be taken back to the history. On the estate, you will still find many remains from earlier times. The large ‘caleras’ cal pits are a good example. There must have been a busy track of donkeys going up and down to Granada to transport all that cal!

The property is connected to the mains electricity and has a satellite telephone. It has its own water supply. Domestic water comes from a borehole and the tree plantation is irrigated through a network of many ‘sequías’, water channels, coming from the river Darro.

The property is very conveniently located at a 25-minute drive from the city of Granada, 30 minutes from the Granada airport and an hour and 40 minutes from the international airport of Málaga. The ski station in the Sierra Nevada is at an hours drive and the Costa Tropical at an hour and 10 minutes, with a port for recreational yachts in Motril. The closest villages as Huétor-Santillan and Beas de Granada are at a 10-minute drive.
